In short, nothing is off the table when it comes to the whole process of book creation. I don't claim to know everything, but I believe I have a fairly good overview of things and paths that have (and haven't) worked for others. And if there is something I don't know, I will do my best to look into it and follow up the session with a complementary email.

Sessions last about 1 hour and are priced at the equivalent of a single editing hour: £28/€33/US$38.*
